We at Wiki Project Med Foundation have launched a new version of Internet-in-a-Box. It is based on a 128 Gb micro SD card and contains all of English Wikipedia (including all its health care content) plus at least one other major language (French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese). Further customization is possible.
We are distributing them for the cost of the underlying hardware (50 USD). We have someone making them in India who is able to make them for slightly less for the Indian market and these versions additionally contain all of Wikipedia in 30 languages of South Asia.
