They’re often found hidden in dark corners, away from the rest of society. Many of the country’s youths are grappling with drugs. Some say they feel let down by the system and those close to them. As the country commemorates Youth Day eNCA spoke to some users about their expectations and disappointments. Many have been in and out of rehab centres, with little success.
“We need help from the people that need to help us to get a job and help us to quit this thing, we need help very seriously because most of our friends they are losing their lives because of this drug,” said one drug user.
