Dr. Daniel Osafo Darko is a final year Family Medicine Resident with the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is training at Nyaho Medical Centre – a premier private in Accra, Ghana. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the First Moscow State Medical University named I. M. Sechenov in 2013. He has been involved in primary care in this facility which serves a significant portion of middle to high class population in Accra. He was the lead general practitioner for Virtual Care – a telemedicine solution of Nyaho Medical Centre. He is a clinical educator and has prepared many physician assistants for their licensing exams over the past 3 years. He seeks to pursue the MSc Diabetes from the Leicester Centre for Diabetes which will help him improve diabetes care at the primary and secondary levels in Ghana.
