It is important that we all stay active during this period where the COVIC-19 pandemic has affected us all. In addition to the attached general advice, to assist in facilitating this, the Centre for Exercise Science and Sports Medicine in keeping with our Exercise is Medicine™ mandate, and in partnership with Technogym, are offering staff access to an application of the technology we use in our gym. This application will give a new “train at home” workout of the day , every day, for free during this period of the university and national lockdown.
