It is being hosted by the South African National AIDS Council, the South African Local Governing Authority, the Central Drug Authority, the National Department of Social Development, TB HIV Care, the South African Network of People Who Use Drugs, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief/ United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
This event is targeted towards policymakers and implementers working within municipalities. It is intended to support the implementation of harm reduction services as included in the National Drug Master Plan 2019 – 2024.
